Recycled glass mosaic has at least 10 years service life. 

Production Process:

First, silicon dioxide, potassium albite, soda ash, oxides, waste glass and chemical pigments are calcined in a furnace (temperature above 1300°C) into a liquid state. Then, it is poured into a knife mold of a specific specification and gradually cooled, and then cut into small square mosaics through the knife mold. Afterwards, it will continue to cool down to the end of the production line through the assembly line, and the semi-finished products will be collected manually. Finally, the qualified products are sorted mechanically and manually and placed on a uniform backing board, and nets are pasted on the front side or the back side. After drying, the finished products are packaged and put into storage.

Packing & Delivery:

FOB, CNF and CIF term, even DDP are acceptable.

Mosaics and tiles will be packed in carton then stacked on wood pallet with shrink film wrapped. We provide standard white or brown neutral carton for most orders. We can also provide custom carton with client’s design at cost price.

Our mosaic tiles are eco-friendly products and met the Grade A requirements of China national standard GB/6566-2001 which means our products are safe from radioactivity. Besides, since its established, our company have obtained CE certificate for Europe, DCOF test based on ASTM standard for USA., and R11 anti-slip rate testing for worldwide markets.

1. What's the lead time for order?

Depending on stock status. If in stock, can be ready to ship in 10-15 days. If out of stock, production time is usually 25-35 days.

2. What's your minimum order quantity?

Our he MOQ is usually 1 pallet per item, it’s from 30m2 to 100m2 per item depending on design.

3. What's your payment term?

Our standard payment term is T/T 30% deposit in advance, balance should be paid before loading. For long-term business relationship, L/C, balance against B/L, DP and other terms can be negotiated.

4. Can you arrange shipping for my order?

Yes, except EXW and FOB delivery term, we also offer CFR and CIF term to clients.
