Production Process:

First, cut the transparent flat glass of a certain thickness (usually 4, 6, 8mm) into blocks of a certain area and shape, then print a colorful glaze on one side or print it into a pattern with glaze/inkjet multiple times.

After drying, add a layer of white glaze.

After being dried again, it is mechanically or manually cut into mosaics of certain specifications, sizes and shapes, and placed on a high-temperature resistant and non-shaped ceramic backing plate sprinkled with silicic acid pick materials through assembly lines or manually. In the kiln (800°C), the sintering heat is melted and the glass is fired into an arc shape at the kiln (800°C).

After leaving the kiln, it is naturally cooled by the assembly line or placed on a special shelf for cooling.

After cooling, workers screen and classify the qualified products, put the qualified products in a certain specification mold grid, and paste the net on the back, and then dry and bond them and package them into finished products.

Depending on stock status. If in stock, can be ready to ship in 10-15 days. If out of stock, production time is usually 25-35 days.

3. What's your payment term?

Our standard payment term is T/T 30% deposit in advance, balance should be paid before loading. For long-term business relationship, L/C, balance against B/L, DP and other terms can be negotiated.

4. Can you arrange shipping for my order?

Yes, except EXW and FOB delivery term, we also offer CFR and CIF term to clients.
